Man thats fucked up. There are scum pretty much on every corner in London nowadays. The thing is, when you are cycling, you don't really notice it. My wife has been saying for a few years now how bad London is, but I always brushed it aside as this was the place I grew up in and I suppose I didn't want to admit it. But its getting worse. I had a very similar thing recently. Luckily for me I was sober, but I had a puncture and was having to push my bike through this real shit hole part of Holloway late the other night and these little fuckers started following me. I knew what they were up to. So I hung around at a bus stop for a while with some other people. Didn't risk trying to fix it, but when they wouldn't leave I had to ride on it flat just to get away from them. Little fuckers. Personally I would have them all shot. This didn't happen in Hackney by any chance did it. Just the sort of thing they get up to round there too!
Hope you get your bike back. Will also keep an eye open for it
