Wanted: Any silver-coloured seatpost

My knees are sore. This is quite sudden and a bit unexpected. I don't like it. Not one bit. It makes me feel old. I reckon my seatpost is to blame. It's so stumpy that I can't get my saddle any higher. I'm already perilously close to the limit mark. I suppose I ought to share the aching knees blame, cos I was reluctant to part with the cash for a longer post even though I had a suspicion that it was required.

So, has anyone got a nice seatpost that they'd like to offload? I'm looking for ~~27mm~~ 27.2mm diameter and with substantially more than 10cm of post above the limit mark. Send me a message if you think you can oblige (and if you don't mind a trip to the post office.) Thanks.

Edit: turns out I need a 27.2. The moral of the story is that it's better to read the diameter on your existing seatpost than to try and measure it with your dodgy eBay Vernier calipers.

Sorry for bumping my own thread. The details have changed and I'm a bit more desperate than I was yesterday. Hopefully someone will be able to help, cos this seems like a speedier route to a new seatpost. EBay takes forever.
