Building my first fixed and have a question...
I love the chunky look/feel of an 1/8" chain, but it's only a difference of 1/16th of an inch... does that little bit extra help in any way? I've heard that they can be quieter (or was it noisier...can't remember which!). Will it last longer, or maybe stretch less?
I've got a 1/8 chain (inherited from a friend) but haven't bought my new cog or chainring until I've decided whether or not to stick with it.
