  • Brixton have got black Goldtecs in at the minute and the Paul hubs Freshtripe has on his site look pretty tasty in a pseudo-Phil kinda way... Not sure about the typography on either of 'em tho', but that's designers for ya... Moan, moan, moan... ;)

  • I got a nitto gold group if anyone is interested, bars, x2 stems - 1inch and 11/8 - jaguar seatpost - mks royal pedals with campag clips - all in mint condition except the seatpost that has mounting marks - bought for a Kerin that never happened - whisper me if you are interested

  • Momentum Otherwise you can get the Dia Compe hubs at Brixton cycles for about £85 per pair. They're meant to be good and they look nice too.

If you know anyone in japan. Get them to get the hubs. So much less money.

  • dogsballs condor are selling phils for £164.99 a pair at the moment, which aint bad

Wow that's a really good price actually!

How come? I paid 150 notes for my black 75 only a few months ago?! And a fixed/fixed rear Phil was £130!!! :-(

  • supposedly they buy stuff direct so get good prices. but it sells virtually instantly. the 75's were actually £125, but the dude told me £120 so i pressured the boss.

but yeah £150 is still a good price, they purple ones i'm selling on ebay were a bit more inc ring (but they were from states).

  • what size of phil hibs plus hole is everyone using

  • i asked about phils in condor about 2 weeks ago and some guy said £125 just for a rear! i laughed in his face and walked out and got a set off ebay for £125 including postage, no customs charge but then realised the plonker had sent me a 28h rear and 32h front= delaying me f'in wheels by 2 more weeks, shit!

  • jeezs 125 for a rear? i should bring some with me...

  • ordered from a US seller off ebay, about £130 shipped for 32 hole front and back, the seller marked down price on package, no problem with customs...

  • to be fair last time i checked a rear was £130 from hubjub. £130 is about RRP in england isnt it?

  • but they are getting a set, 2 entire hubs, for that

less art class, more reading class :)

  • well yeah but that's off eeeeeebay. I got my pair for even less than that. If you went into any london stockist of phils, you'd be quoted at least £130 for a rear, I'm frankly surprised condor is selling them for less than BLB!

Also, I couldn't really be attending any less art class at the moment :S

  • good keep it that way and one day you will be a productive member of society :)

  • yeh but what should i get 32 or 36 hole low or high flange

  • 36 + high flange = bomb proof
I went low flange to match my old Phil on the front... I love them lots... :)

  • "ditto my nitto"

i once paid £20 taxes etc on a £10 fugazi t-shirt from the united states of america.

  • i just saw the gold sugino cranks in blb they look brill anyone got them
