Kidnap him.
Strap him to a bench, face down.
Inject hydrochloric acid into his spinal cord at the base of his skull, therefore disabling him completely.
Cut out his tongue.
Offer to take him for a push in his wheelchair daily, and ask him what the fuck he thought he was doing.
Or get nasty.
