Sat am about 9ish, fella on black Bob Jackson with red decals, risers, cruising into town from Streatham Hill. Had a bolt in his nose too!
Also, about 10ish same morning, fella on a yellow Fort pursuit frame with yellow tyres, tattoo on left leg at E&C roundabout
