I think you're about right there, cos if anything my spokes were a little on the long side - not enough to shit my pants about, but they could've been shorter without a problem.
However, to put it in a bit of context, getting the flange diameter out by 1mm means that your spoke length is out by a whole 0.2mm (which is less than the amount I rounded the lengths off by). You're not going to go far wrong.
