Then it was a stupid question. The bike I'm stripping down is an old type with the lock rings and I wondered if you had to buy 'em separate. Nice to learn new things every day. Thats 2 already today, pressing tofu and sealed bbs. Cheers

well i got dorrah-ace octalink which is 42mm chainline and the cranks are a touch far in with the phil wood hub euroasia kog....so i bought 110.5 phil BB to go with sugino 75 ......hm.......and wood hub according to the almighty sheldon brown has only 1mm bigger chainline than dura ace......hm....and not like g-tec.....

just to clear things up miche bb's don't have a flange on the cups, the campag bb does on one side. i was having problems with the miche loosening which is why i brought the campag which has one flanged cup.
the miche and camag record/chorus use a splined tool that looks like this:and the bb's look like this:
all the other campag bb's use a different tool that fit bb's like this:
