Here's another question. When measuring by hand, is flange diameter calculated from the outside of the spoke hole or the centre? Again, the intermaweb suggests both. I'm confused. And if it is the outside (and spocalc suggests centre-centre) is that why spocalc errs towards the overly-long?
I'm getting, for a Miche 36h, HF:
S=2.5, d=60, WL=33.5, WR=33.5
