MrSmith i use a campag bb (chorus i think? same fitting as miche, not externally flanged like the record bb's) with miche cranks, goldtecs and an EAI cog with no chainline issues

Do the Miche bottom brackets have lockrings? Forgive me if this is a stupid question.
