hippy It'll be on all the Sunday bikes that never actually come out on Sunday because:

1. It's raining
   
2. The owner has a hangover and doesn't feel like riding to the shops for more ciggies.
   
3. That hard-to-find pink and green NJS-certified Campagnolo stem pad hasn't arrived yet so the bike can't possibly be used looking the way it does!
   
   

Now you're just being silly hippy, as any true purist know's genuine NJS-certified Campagnolo stem pads only come in hot fuschia and lime....:)
