Charge Plug Frame
one for the spelling police:
"Here i have a charge plug frame and forks for sail. A grate opportunity as u can not bye this frame and forks alone. The seat tube is 22" and has a 22" top tube. It has horizontal drop out perfect single speed and fixed wheel. The frame and forks are made of plain gauge tange steal. No cable lugs for a nice clean look. Colour dark blue and paint work in very good nick . Seat tube 27.2. 1 1/8 steerer. The frame has a nice short top tube for a snappy steering but also means that it fits the shorter person."
