I think protecting your modesty with hotpants is always wise, however if you got it, flaunt it.
Perhaps the contest should be topless a must, bottoms optional..
I'm gonna work on a prize, you guys go work on your six packs and don't forget the baby oil (it makes you and your bike all shiny!)
