Building a rear wheel, a bit of advice appreciated

Hello, i'm in the process of sourcing parts for a new rear wheel. I'm not entirely familiar with the do's and don'ts of wheelbuilding so there is a detail or two i am unsure about... Here's the plan: CXP33 on Miche primato HF hub - what spoke length does the fountain of wisdom that is the londonfgss community reckon i need?

i reckon 284-285mm, the cxp33 is a tad shallower than a deep v, this is for 3-x or roughly 261mm for radial

32 or 36 hole? 3-cross? its not a symmetrical hub so spocalc says 288 for the left and 286 for the right on 36 spokes 3-cross

although their hub dimensions could be wrong.
