don't dare re-paint that frame, got some lovely bits. i'd just go over it with some car polish to clean up the surface rust, then go to your nearest hobby shop and get the corresponding paint pot £1.20 ;) . measure the width of the BB spindle and if it's around 109mm you might be in luck.
