Brick Lane Vandalism - Please Help

I hereby volunteer for unspecified non-violent retaliation to be visited upon this selfish prick at some point in the not too distant future.
Rational:
1) If he did it he deserves comeuppance
2) If he didn't he may have been able to stop it
3) If neither of the above is true then he could have been more compassionate to someone else's misfortune
