You could cut the steerer down yourself, just thread on a steel cup before cutting / filing (it cleans up the threads as you unscrew it.) OR go to a bike shop. (Legal disclaimer) -

Actually there may not be enough threading - go to a bike shop.
OR Go to Brick Lane bikes they have loads of forks hanging up - you could pick a pretty one. -
