i just bought an old road bike (peugeot with 103 tubing) for £50. then took it to my local bike shop (cyclepaths in fareham) the good people there sorted me a fixed rear wheel build (rim/hub/spokes/sprocket) plus fittings AND taking off all the old crap like the derailleur and it all came to £110. so £160 for a whole fixed gear bike. note that its just fixed, not complete and all sexy
