There's some kind of rule in Oz where new properties have to provide x bike parking spots. I'm sure it's some shite just to keep greenies happy but it might help?
The place in the fire escape where my bike isn't allowed to be kept due to being a fire hazard (bullshit) is still occupied by an empty fscking cupboard.
I use it to hang my stenchy jacket on. I can't wait to start fighting for spots in the city during summer! Wanky fscking place!
