Sounds like a very good idea. Need a lot of investment beforehand and the location would be crucial obviously.
Hopefully employers will start to include shower rooms in their premises in the next few years rather than turn them (and usually disabled toilets also) into the cleaner's cupboard.
(Reminds me I discovered a shower in the maze of corridors in my department at uni the other day - better still be there next year when my ride will be longer...)
