ok.
i'm at my wit's end with this bottom bracket. it's had me shouting all manner of profanities!
tapping with hammer and screwdriver... no joy
belting it with hammer and screwdriver... no joy
boiling water... no joy
WD40 (i couldn't find plus gas)... no joy
screaming at it... no joy
pleading with it... no joy
i even decided to cut my losses and put the old cranks back on and live with a horrible bb bearing, but i've lost one of the cotter pins (and i know it's really hard to find new ones that fit).
anyone got a magic cure?
