ChrisNW Places like Byker bank are the exception, it's mostly flat. My old commute from Crammy to Shields Road would have been a doddle fixed, especially racing buses through Longbenton.
Agree with you mister k, Crammy's pretty poor, but it was ok as a kid with all those cycle tracks and parks.

I don't think a posh toff has ever come within 50 yards of RGS, that school just produces cunts who spend the next 10 years of their life occupying a table in tiger-tiger, because they can't loaf about in the cool section of the common room anymore. (I hated that school immensely - the only good things about it were the art department, Mr. Baker who taught philosophy, and Mr. Tilbrook who taught history).
