Places like Byker bank are the exception, it's mostly flat. My old commute from Crammy to Shields Road would have been a doddle fixed, especially racing buses through Longbenton.
Agree with you mister k, Crammy's pretty poor, but it was ok as a kid with all those cycle tracks and parks.
