have you thought of buying some alliums? think they are only £20ish including cleats, atacks cost more and are designed to be mud shedding for mtb xc, alliums are perfect for the road
i use alliums on the condor attacks on the ss mtb and 'Z's' on the geared mtb

Formatting Help
