Does anyone know what the campag seatpost is that gets thinner and a little bit aero?

does anyone now what the campag seatpost with the cut away gets thinner bit in it is called and also a rough guess at its price, also if anyone has one that they want to sell.

Like this one. This is way more expensive than normal. It's the record aero post. This one is expensive because of the Colnago stuff on it.

i have one you can have for cheapish. whisper. is called aeropost. doesn't have much extension.

not all of them are record. the record ones are lighter and look slightly different - the bolt to the rail clamp is exposed AND has the campagnolo emblem engraved where as the ones from other groupsets are different.

Yeah many people have polished 'em up very well. Most old campagnolo stuff seems to be very polishable.

I polish my seatpost fairly regularly.

I should have got a black one, then I would NEVER need to polish it.

i have a really tatty one what do i use to polish it? i've tried polishing it by hand it doesn't seem to be bringing out the shine... a dremel will do better?
