Damage and councils

stevo_com there's a nasty one on the Brixton road, in the bus lane, near to BC and the stockwell skate park. didn't see it, hit it, found out my stem wasn't clamped tight enough to hold my bullhorns up, nearly ground my nose off with my front tire, all in that order. no damage thankfully.

re:road tax. I do pay it. I do own a car, i don't see my paying tax on it as a 'right to drive cunt like' permit. i see it as a yearly question "how much does £180 get me in car = time /3.14. over 365..."
but thats just me.
