And another room to rent - this time Newington Green. Here's some info:
Extremely large double room available to rent for student or professional. It is situated right on Newington Green with excellent bus connections, 12 minutes to Highbury and Islington station (Victoria line) and 5 minutes to Canonbury Station. Great local shops and cafes.
The flat itself is very well done up with a brand new kitchen and bathroom, including dishwasher, washing machine and power shower; all the other rooms have been freshly decorated. The bedroom available is enormous and has a double bed and other furniture in it at the moment (negotiable) and a huge wardrobe with loads of storage space. Wireless broadband is included, but other bills are extra. Rent is 144/week.
