I play bass as well.
Have been wanting to get into a new band since I moved here last Summer.
used to play in a dub band and a ska-core band.
North London.
Thinking a bike-related band name might get old but hey...

Don't get me started on Drum and bass. I used to produce it and go to the Metalheadz Blue note Sunday sessions back in the day. It was all about the Doc Scott & the Dillinja then. I used to be into Bad Company and Ed Rush & Optical later on too. They were good old days. I even got one of my own tracks cut to dubplate at music house just of Holloway rd. You had all sorts hanging out down there then. It's all gone now. They cleared that estate and built a load of new flats there now. Everything is digital these days make a tune, burn a cd play out in the club.I really need to spend some serious time on music this year. Spose this is a good time to plug my own shit. http://www.myspace.com/buildmusic

I play moderate guitar, but I've never played in a band before. Would love to get involved if it was light hearted.

Thanks man. That page has kind of been left to die for a few months, while I moved everything over to Logic Mac from Nuendo PC. Fucking nightmare. Still don't have a couple of things working yet. I'm going to spend time soon putting some new things up. Needs an update big time.

Damn I wish we had digital media back then.
Anybody want to form a thrash/hardcore/screamo kinda band that just sings about bikes and the like? I can play bass (and, at a push, guitar). I'm not adverse to having a band with two bass players and no guitarists (a la Palehorse) if there are other bass players out there.
