OT: Looking for a flat

I'm looking for a flat, NE or E London - about halfway between Tottenham and Bricklane would be ideal, sick of all the spammy ads on Gumtree. Can anyone recommend a decent (honest) letting agent/landlord?

Silly prices eh? I was an agent in brixton/clapham/balham for a year and you can get sme pukka apartments for 220-250, especially around brixton which i think is underated personally.
