Police fining cyclists

two weeks ago a copper and spastic in a CSO outfit stops me for STANDING over my bike on a pavement, not riding it, i'd pulled off theobald's road to answer my phone. he threatens me with a £100 fine, a criminal record, and is generally a rude moron with no brain, just a small sub-section of brain matter that tells him over and over 'you have got a brain, jeff, and you are a force for good'.

that actually happened to me a year and a half ago in brixton. he stopped me and actually got my details. shame i didn't get his details and complained about him. but heck i dont think the complaint would have ruined his already shit rozzer life anyway. fucking prick he just never achieved anything in his life that's why he's such a miserable cunt picking on people whilst hiding in his uniform.
