  • have.....no....telly

  • Ah bless! i'll beam it to you by the power of.... of fnck it... my mindsuperterestrialantennapowerythingy's not working again....

  • mouthy couriers being nicked for rlj'ing funny as fuck, it's a program filled with quality ranting.

the tipper lorry killing the girl was not so funny.

  • this just makes me think of ghost rides

and i saw muna talking to the courier who was getting nicked

  • i saw her too, she was jumping there in the background.

the lady of the girl who was killed, cynthia barlow, was a model of angry restraint. my heart went out to her. at least it highlighted the problem of left turning lorries, and she was right when she said we musn't shift blame onto the cyclists. typically tabloid programme, but i've seen much much worse. the critical mass stuff was funny.

  • did anyone see the last shot of a guy at critical mass in a beige tee shirt holding up his bike ... that was me! and it was at the start aswell.

overall i thought the programme didnt really tackle the root causes of the problems but simply showed the results of it in a very emotive way, notice the different music for different sections, but as pj said, better than some of the other stuff iv seen, and it was pretty upto date with footage and stuff.

  • i twas on bbc1, 9-10, hence tone i guess.

    i saw you!

  • danger joel did anyone see the last shot of a guy at critical mass in a beige tee shirt holding up his bike ... that was me! and it was at the start aswell.

I saw you - nice one.

  • thanks pj and brm, i just got really excited because i was watching it with my dad and sister and we all burst out laughing when we saw it.

  • I liked it because it showed the posh people in 4x4s being horrible and that and I liked it when the people who were riding bikes were all naked and that and I saw some womens boobies and down there bits

  • there were a few lady gardens on show but unfortunately they were outnumbered by maggots

  • my favorite bit was the woman talking to the traffic warden in Hampstead who said if she got any more tickets her husband would take the cost out of her 'clothes allowance'. it's a hard life.

much respect for the grieving Mrs Barlow, she speaks the truth.

I was just about to write that too, that was an absolute classic. I used to live in W Hampstead, lots of rude people with rude and over indulged children. Bah Humbug!

  • yeah, lots of olivias and henrys.

  • flame thrower, 25 grenades, two hours.

    that's all I need

  • St Johns wood is the same, I ride through there everyday on my way to work. they are the least bike conscious drivers I've ever seen.

  • have any of you heard of the Indians of the concrete jungle?... http://asfaltsdjungelnsindianer.wordpress.com/in-english/ care to join me?

  • big mummy smeear have.....no....telly

dude, same here. but after that we can watch it again on the new BBC iPlayer.

    HO HO

  • Tobyfixed St Johns wood is the same, I ride through there everyday on my way to work. they are the least bike conscious drivers I've ever seen.

well they're just the least road conscious drivers because it's all self self self, they don't actually care about you on your bike, a man trying to deliver things in a van, an old lady crossing the road, someone else's child.

They only care about themselves and their own children.

  • its not up there

  • missed it.

my dad phoned me to say it was on !

i cannot find it on bbc iplayer !

is it there ? how do i get it ?

i think i remember them filming the mass - over the summer. possibly august ?

  • The guy guy on Grosvenor Place where his wife was dragged down buy a National coach made me weap.
Courier at the Barbiacan Beech st exit was played like a tool. total money shot for the producers.
As for the spanner in the cock off jeep driving his kid (singular) to school, There are NO word(s).
Alas a prime time ? ticking the boxes BBC lack of production genralisation..
BBC sits at back of class looking smug & self satisfied. Could Do Better

  • i thought the shot of the blood soaked sand around the cement lorry was disturbing..... made me think i should stop being so daft sometimes....

watch out for the pesky bike police! Had to giggle at their sirens though heh heh... power trip or what!
