Bollocks - Rider Down (but not out...)

I was being good and getting some miles in around Richmond Park this morning - hit the Richmond Gate roundabout too fast for the greasy road and my tires adhesion and bit the road - I now have eight stitches in my chin, and am off the bike and the alcohol for a week :-(

Don't buy Vittoria Corsa CX tyres, they don't grip very well...

After the stiches have been pulled you need to keep it moistured with something
like E45 and stay out of the sun for only 6 months :)
