I much prefer modern track bikes to vintage (although your Mercian Vincitore and Bilenky were not my cup of tea they were without doubt stunning)

I agree with Mr Smith that the frame design seems to be purely aesthetic, but beautiful nonetheless.

Build My Bridgestone in town last night.

I saw it in a pub just off Charing Cross road on Saturday night trying to chat up a Grifter near the bar.

Agreed. It's been said before. Post your bikes in names and faces, and if somebody else adds it to the bike porn thread then that is a nice complement to you. But the porn thread should be reserved for the creme de la creme.

For what it's worth, I don't think the Cannondale with the Brookes makes the cut for bike porn. Sex you say? More like dogging.

I'm going to be a contrary s0d and say that I actually don't like that Yamaguchi. Don't get me wrong, it's certainly interesting, but I just don't find it very easy on the eye. It kind of looks a little like a modern take on a Flying Gate - in itself, no bad thing - but it also does seem to be a little 'different for different's sake'. Plus, I've never really been a fan of black-on-black-on-black colour schemes.

But... this is all a personal opinion and CyclingWMD didn't build that bike with the express purpose of impressing me, so it's all good. I guess I'm just a bit of a traditionalist at heart.
