A tenner per wheel from arup is a great bargain. Having built 4 wheels myself now I don't think It's something you can do quickly if you want it doing properly, so 10 quid for a couple of hours work per wheel is good value.
BTW, if you want to try it yourself, all you need is a spoke key, a screwdriver and some patience.
