Wanted: Track Bars

Posted on
  • Hi everyone i'm looking for some cheapish track bars
    nitto, deda, anything

in particular has anyone had a london langster and changed the bars, because i would really like a set of the bars on them,

just checking before i buy something

    thanks

  • i thought you wanted a flat bar before?

i recommend the cinelli criterium, for what it's worth.

do you have a new bike?

  • well i did need a flat bar, but then i realised for a sunday bike when there is no traffic what's the point in a flat bar, so i need track bars for my sunday bike

ooh i wasn't being rude i only just woke up

  • somewhere or another theres a link to an ebay store that was selling all nitto bars for 25squid...i only looked on it once an i think they might be based in europe but still who can argue with 25squid?

  • Turd Fergurson who can argue with 25squid?

    il give it a bash

  • I use to ride deep drop track bars before, and to be honest they are not really confortable as they are way too narrow. If you want to use drop bars, would suggest road ones instead of track - 3T or Deda makes some nice road bars.

Some bars like Cinelli Criterium etc. have a proper racing shape and are not as confortable as some Deda bars, for example...

Or... go for bullhorns instead, they are great plus much lighter than drop bars
