This is my Harry Hall which I built with 700c rims, due to it being so stupidly big (25" frame) the wheels IMHO look small. Does anyone think it would be worth building up 27" wheels which are that tiny bit bigger, would they make it look any more proportioned or would you say its not worth the grief?
