mashton DAMN: Just spoke to the man at the George - he is fully booked, no more space available for reservation. He said that he is expecting to be very busy.

So, we could either just roll up anyway or think of somewhere else. I expect that most places will be busy, so let's just descend on them and scare away other punters :-)

most pubs are going to be rammered on the thursday before chrimble,

The George has a large outside area but no heaters,
The Brew has large courtyard and heaters,
The Ship has gone a bit ropey of late,
The Globe has got plenty of space outside for bikes but is quite a small boozer,
The Market porter has good beers but will be packed plenty of room outdoors but it's a bit parky for outside drinking

The choice is yours

The George Inn off Borough High St. Bring warm clothes for potential courtyard drinking.
If it's full or shit we move to nearest park via an offie or next pub or whatever.. I don't fucking care.
Next person to disagree and/or suggest an alternative has to buy all my drinks for the evening.
