i'm from the Ox and now live in London. Someone came up to me in Broad st a couple o months back and complemented me on my bike - they were from OCW. was it you Alexis? I might have been a bit rude cos I was in the middle of chatting to someone i hadn't seen for ages so sorry about that. i like Cowley rd but it's gradually getting worse as they hike up the rents.

it's yellow. a mystery frame that i bought from some dude on the ctc website. he said it was perhaps a Mercian but as it has been thickly powdercoated, i can't seem to find any frame number or markings. has windowed lugs and campag droputs. built up (with help from kiwi alex - summertown cycles) with a mish mash of cheap and cheerful parts. its going to get a makeover soon - bling wheels and chainset.
There is one reasonably sized room in the Victorian terraced house I share with one other available now.
Rent is around £310 per month after billage.
It's near the city centre and just off the most interesting/hip street, Cowley Rd.
If you need a job and youre an experienced mechanic it's possible you could come and work in my shop (http://www.ocw.org.uk) too.
