did you mean clamp bolt? for the clamp bolt here's one that should work. if not then get a few spacers in should solve the problem...
think i've seen 25mm seatposts at sjs but looks like they don't have them anymore...

If it ends up being hard to find just buy a 25.4 mm take it down a machine shop at the end of a day and a guy there should be able to run a section down to 25 mm. Then cut off the last inch or so where the post was being held in the lathe. Easy peasy.

I think a lot of carbon posts are 25mm. and the USE (£££s) seatposts that are used with shims.
I've seen some campy aero 25mm posts, so they should be sourceable. -

Yeah seen those carbon jobbies but this is for a cheap as chips build so dont wanna spend more on the post than i did on the frame.

I would go into a small local garage and ask some guys in there. One some should know someone somewhere local. You will get strange looks initially but as long as it is not too busy they will be pretty helpful.
