dogsballs why not put crap wheels on the crap frame, instead of forking over close to £150+ for a built up deep-v wheelset?

Oi!! Its a maaaarrrrrvelous frame, well, its ok, its a start and only cost me £20 in the end, but this is why i want some second hand wheels, am trying to keep the price down.... that, and the fact that i'm vain and want fancy mothers!
