Use the fact that you're on a fixed to your advantage - next time you need to slow down do a couple of skips then a massively sliding skid with your back wheel kicking out to one side. That'll get them to back off pretty fast. I don't mind people who draft and seem like they know what they're doing (ie wont run into me), but otherwise I find it a bit off putting. Think it annoys my girlfriend even more because she is faster than most guys, but their pride won't let them be passed so they just hang on her back wheel perving.
