I mean.. what's the point? Make a bike without brakes without saddle, without bars, 12" wheels and roll it down a hill.. woah dude sub-2kg bike! Practical? Err.. sure.

There's loads of 'em here. It's like a lot of hobbies innit - people get obsessive. I doubt if many of these bikes ever get ridden TBH...

Yeah, but at least the 4kg Crumpton was built to go uphill fast. It rides, unlike this one.

Brakes I think.
The belt drive isn't recommended for fixed/track applications AFAIK and as that would leave this guy freewheel and hurtling along those things must be brakes.
The front slug has what appears to be a cable runner to guide the cable up to the stem.
