Got into after mountain bike got nicked, bought a bike with a flip flop hub, just getting fed up of all the gears and weight. Friend of mine said to try it fixed. So we flipped the hub, within a day I went over the bars, and instantly fell in love with the bike, never gone back since. Tried a friends freewheel afterwards and just felt weird. Riding this way is more fun. Posted on the forum a couple times but never any social stuff yet. But it has become an obession for me now rather than a trend. The nikes are just fast and light and very easy to maintain. Losts of YouTubing on MAsh SF and some japanese fixed gear stuff
