Ok, so i saved the bonus and found a second hand Pompino in my size, Sold a few bits to pay for it. It'll be ok for commuting and long runs and it was cheap so at some point i may customise it a bit.
"I'd seriously consider converting an old audax bike though - cheaper and trackends and mudguards are a bit of a pain. Although there are ways around the worst of it, e.g. using the quick release mounting jobbies on the back." This is an option for the future, GF permitting.
I guess i don't NEED 3 bikes, but i use them all so why not have them, even if i have to store them where my clothes should be.
I'll do some research on the BJ and steamroller for the post crimbo bonus, should i be lucky enough to see one.
