You know those chain-tugs with bottle openers on, who makes them?
I bet they've never thought of making some with mudguard eyelets on. Just another pipe+slippers type thought.
Hey, come to think of it, I bet you could get some big washers from a hardware store, and drill an extra hole in near the edge - couple of M3 bolts with nyloc washers and you're laffin'. You could take em off in the summer.
