They should have a tracking number or something for your package so you / they can see where it is in the system.
i.e in a van been delivered in a sorting office.

JOL Anyone had stuff not turn up from Ribble?
Lots of people, although I had heard that it had improved recently. Keep bugging them and ask for money back unless they can prove it was delivered. They've got a track record - go to bike radar and search for ribble.
I've ordered a few things from them and never had trouble, but the reputation always worried me. Problem is that they are so cheap, especially for Campagnolo stuff!

Ribble are generally shit when it comes to posting things. Putting loads of expensive metal bike components in one bag, tying a knot in the top, then trusting it to Royal Mail is not cool. If you do ever get it, you realise they sent the wrong stuff anyway.
The problem is people will keep shopping with them because of there low prices, they know this, so they treat you like crap.
Fuck you Ribble, I'm shopping else where. -

Post system still recovering from the strikes, I had a couple of cogs take three weeks to arrive from On One.

I know they get dissed on forums, but I've been lucky so far.
I think stuff has to be 'in transit' for 15+ days before you/Ribble can start putting in claims with the Royal Mail/sending replacement parcels.
Anyone had stuff not turn up from Ribble?
Spoke to the guy there and my stuff was posted 14 days ago.
Can I get any compensation from this?
