  • True, and I personally think David Millar should be given the opportunity to reform, however if you want a completely clean team then hiring him is a mistake.

    The culture of doping in cycling is ingrained, as long as people involved in doping continue to find work in teams then it will be impossible to stamp out.
    David Millar is a fine example of how dopers behave, they lie endlessly until they are finally caught red-handed then they cry a bit and try to get some sympaythy...if this approach works and riders and staff are re-employed, where's the discincentive?..
