The Premises, Hackney Road (next to the Mecca Bingo!) - great all-day breakfasts, bangers and mash etc., then at about 6:30pm, they become a pretty decent Mediterranean barbeque joint (think high-quality kebabs, mezze and lamb chops). Plus, anywhere with Nina Simone on their wall of famous customers always gets a thumbs up.

Big up the premises, used to be the nearest place of eating to my place of work. Eggs benedict there is beautiful. Also the baked potatos are pretty special.
