Big room available in bike-friendly flatshare

Hi all,
Roxy and I and our flatmate Michael (white genesis/polo/courier) are looking for a room mate as ours are moving out. The room is a really decent size and the flat is two floors with a garden out the back. We live in Bethnal Green so we're right around the corner from most happenings. Since we're all active "bike people" it would suit a fellow "bike person" best but mostly we're just looking for someone who is clean & friendly. Our home is one that finds people are comfortable enough just to stop by and that's exactly the kind of vibe we want to keep.
Rent for the room is 530 and that includes c.tax and water. Another 15-20 seems to cover the rest of the bills incl www/elec/phone. There is a chance that Michael might want to switch rooms which would make the rent cheaper and the room smaller but that can be decided between yourselves.

Note: One must get the approval of the cat, Willy 'no balls' Nelson before moving in.

yes Jon is buried in the backyard, stay tuned to ebay as we'll be selling off his lovely bikes soon.
but have no fear future roomie, as long as you remember to scrub behind your ears, you'll live.

hmmm, dave eh... then I'd have to give him back his clothes I stripped off him..

And yes, I have Mike locked in our room, he was getting too distracted with all the bikes and polo and things. You guys can have him back soon

if someone is able to find a nice swedish aupair that wants to move in our flat i would pay you a commission of 24beers of your choice.

heya... i'm nice and clean and not lame in any way except occasional grumpiness in the morning. so... wondering.. what date are you looking for someone to move in? aaaand is the room furnished? aaand lastly how hard will it be to convince Michael to give up the nice small cheap room?
