Lucky? What's so important about that fence that bikes cannot be locked there? Safety issue? What?
What's the legal with this? If I put a sign outside my office that says "No Cars" and then tow away the next vehicle that happens to park there.. isn't that called theft?
Even if the car is returned, what if I decided to smash in the windows to allow me to put it into neutral first? Isn't that called 'criminal damage' - even if there was a sign saying "No Bikes"?
